Oh my gawsh, it's finally done!! Can you believe it??

So, this pic was the Kiriban 20,000 request from the lovely *Zeruda. It's inspired by the A Link to the Past manga where Link inherits his uncle's apple orchard and eventually takes Zelda to see it (in the very end of the manga). Zeruda simply requested Link and Zelda in the apple orchard and this is what I came up with. :giggle:

Oh, I forgot to mention: What's actually occurring in this scene is Zelda had an apple in her hand (that Link gave to her). She was intending to taste it, but when Link leans in to kiss her she completely forgets about the apple. And, she's so swept away that she accidentally drops the apple to the ground. I think you can guess what the title means. :aww:

BACKGROUNDS ARE SUCH A PAIN! I don't even know what to think of this background anymore... since I especially suck at trees. But don't get me wrong, I'm glad Zeruda requested it; it's good practice for lazy old me. :D

Lovely picture, though Link's hair looks strange to me. In all of your other pictures his hair is much shorter.

Oh, that's because I usually draw OoT Link. ALttP Link has longer hair. ...It's different, I know. ^^

It just seems like Link and Zelda have been pasted into the background. Like, the constrasting of the dark outlining of the two characters compared to the more subtle pencil lines of the trees. To me, it seems abnormal. But maybe you wanted it like that. I don't know. Carry on! ^^
